Anti-Money Laundering Disclosure
Melting Point Solutions, LLC & Kidron Capital LLC is committed to complying with U.S. statutory and regulatory requirements designed to combat money laundering and terrorist financing. The USA PATRIOT Act requires that all financial institutions obtain certain identification documents or other information in order to comply with their customer identification procedures. Until you provide this information or documents, we may not be able to open an account or effect any transactions. In accordance with government regulations, financial institutions are required to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person or entity that opens an account. What this means for you: When you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, identification number and other information that will allow us to identify the customer. We may also ask to see government-issued identifying documents.
Merger, Sale, or Other Asset Transfers
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing due diligence, reorganization, bankruptcy, receivership, sale of Melting Point’s assets, or transition of service to another provider, your information may be sold or transferred as part of such a transaction as permitted by law and/or contract.
